Price breaks are organized by square footage as follows:
up to 3000 square feet

Where are you based and do you travel?
I'm based in East Grand Rapids, Michigan. I am available to travel worldwide.
Local travel over 25 miles outside of East Grand Rapids will be $1.50/mile
When will we get our photos?
Photos and 2D floor plans are usually delivered next day for Luxury Real Estate Photography. 3D scans, drone work and virtual staging takes a bit more time. I will make sure you'll know when to expect everything.
How many pictures will we receive?
I don't guarantee a certain number of images. Rather, I photograph the space to tell the story of the home to a potential buyer. You'll most likely end up with more images than you'll use.
